Return Policy:

Within 5 days of receipt.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

The invoice or proof of purchase must be included.

Procedure:

Contact customer service to submit a return request.

The product will be collected from the customer or directed to a designated collection center.

A refund or exchange will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned product.

Important Notes:

Used or damaged products cannot be returned.

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error is the store's.
